London, Dec. 4 – Russian Soviet troops captures Erivan, the Armenian capital, on Thursday, and Armenia has declared itself a Soviet Republic, it is asserted  in a wireless dispatch received from Moscow today. The troops of the old Armenian Government have placed themselves at the disposal of the Soviet administration, the dispatch declares.

“Azerbaijan,” the message adds, “has voluntarily renounced the disputed Provinces of Zangemur [sic] [Zangezur], Nakhicheven [sic] [Nakhijevan], Anne-Nagorny (?) [sic] and Kerabagh [sic] [Karabakh], which have been handed over to Soviet Armenia.”
