I was in LA for almost two weeks. Within this short period of time, we organized a fundraising event for our wounded soldiers.
Four wounded heroes and their families will receive homes from the Tufenkian Foundation this year.
This wouldn’t have been possible without the dedication and support of my friends in Los Angeles.
Monday night, after a long flight, I arrived to Yerevan, my home. As I stepped out to the arrival area, there they were, my hometown friends, waving hands, calling my name and showing banners that read ‘The pen is mightier than the sword”.
I was humbled.
I was humbled in LA where I felt compassion and support everyday, wherever I went.
I was humbled and touched when my friends welcomed me with open arms and hearts in Yerevan.
You guys rock. Thank you for being who you are.
